Formations of the Bangladesh Army

COMMAND STRUCTURE

The command structure of the Bangladesh Army is hierarchical, with divisions and brigades in charge of overseeing smaller groups of units. Minor units are smaller, either company-sized sub-units or platoons and major units are regiment or battalion-sized.

Army Headquarter

The Chief of Army Staffin, a four-star general is the head of the Bangladesh Army.
Bangladesh Army has ten division-sized regional commands and one Army training and doctrine command under the command of Army Headquarters.
